STAGE 1 Preparation and Briefing

We begin by exploring your vision, budget, and timeline. Once we have all the details, we provide a clear, itemized fee proposal for the design phase.

At the end of this stage we should be able to present you with the Initial Project Brief

Depending on the project we would also conduct initial pre-Planning application discussion

STAGE 2 Concept Design

At this stage, Our team of talented designers will develop the Concept Design with preliminary structural proposals, spatial planning, and material selections.

With any brief alterations finalized, the Final Project Brief will be issued, guiding the next phase.

STAGE 3 Developed Design

The next stage, we will move forward and create scaled drawings including: Floorplans, sections, elevations, and lighting plans. We will also produce an outline specification (Material, Fixture,Furniture and Equipment)

If the project require, we will Submit Planning application at this stage. We will Undertake third party consultations as required such as structural engineering

STAGE 4 Technical Design

With the Developed Design signed off and planning application is approved, we are ready to produced a set of technical drawings for Contractor Bidding this will include:

1:500 Block Plan, 1:100 Site plan including drainage, external works, etc. 1:50 Plans, Sections and Elevations. 1:20 Detailed plans and sections.

STAGE 5 Tender & Construction

Once the technical design is finalized, we work closely with a quantity surveyor who guides the tender process, answering any questions from contractors along the way. After you choose a contractor, they take the lead on daily project management while we stay involved, making regular site visits to ensure everything runs smoothly and providing design guidance whenever needed.

STAGE 6 Handover

As the project wraps up, we carefully review every detail, making sure any final adjustments are handled before the contractors finish. Once everything is complete and the furniture is perfectly in place, we hand over your stunning new home, ready for you and your family to enjoy for years to come.
